I. General Provisions

1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and the platform operator (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding the use of services provided by this cross-border e-commerce platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform").
2. By using the Platform's services in any way, including registration, browsing, and placing orders, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all contents of these Terms, including any subsequent modifications and updates we make to the Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform's services.
3. These Terms apply to all services provided by the Platform, including product sales, order processing, logistics and distribution, and after-sales service, and shall comply with relevant South Korean laws and regulations such as the Basic Act on Electronic Commerce and the Consumer Protection Act.

II. User Registration and Account Management

1. You must have full capacity for civil conduct to register and use the Platform's services. Minors may only use the services with the consent of their legal guardians.
2. You shall provide true, accurate, and complete personal information (including name, address, contact information, etc.) during registration and update such information in a timely manner to ensure its validity.
3. You shall be responsible for your account password and all operations conducted through your account. Any operation performed through your account shall be deemed as your own act, and you shall bear the corresponding legal liabilities.
4. If you discover any unauthorized use or abnormal activity of your account, you shall immediately notify us. We will assist in taking corresponding measures but shall not be liable for any losses caused by your failure to notify us in a timely manner.

III. Product Purchase and Orders

1. Product information on the Platform (including price, specifications, inventory, description, etc.) is for reference only. We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information, but there may be errors due to real-time updates. The specific content shall be subject to the order confirmation.
2. Submitting an order by you constitutes a purchase offer. We will review the order upon receipt, and the contract shall be deemed established when the review is approved and the shipment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you if the product is out of stock, the price is incorrect, or other circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the order.
3. You shall confirm the accuracy of the delivery address, contact information, and other details when placing an order. You shall bear the responsibility for any delivery failure or delay caused by incorrect information.
4. Logistics rules designated by the Platform shall apply to deliveries within South Korea. The delivery fee and estimated delivery time shall be subject to the information displayed on the order page.

IV. Payment and Refund

1. You may complete the payment through the payment methods supported by the Platform (including credit card, Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, PayPal, etc.), and the order will enter the processing process after the payment is completed.
2. If a refund is required due to our reasons such as product quality issues or delivery errors, we will complete the refund within 3-7 working days after confirming the problem, and the refund amount will be returned to your payment account through the original channel.
3. If you apply for a refund due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind or the product not meeting expectations), you shall comply with the Platform's Return and Exchange Policy and bear the corresponding logistics fees and possible handling fees.

V. Product Quality and After-Sales Service

1. All products on the Platform have passed strict quality inspections and comply with relevant South Korean and international quality standards. If you find any quality issues with the product after receipt, you may apply for after-sales service within 7 working days of receipt.
2. After-sales services include return, exchange, repair, etc. The specific service content shall be determined according to the product type and the nature of the problem. For details, refer to the Platform's Return and Exchange Policy.
3. After-sales services for special categories such as fragile products and customized products may be restricted. For details, refer to the description on the product detail page.

VI. User Obligations and Prohibited Behaviors

1. You shall comply with South Korean laws and regulations and these Terms, and shall not use the Platform to engage in illegal or irregular activities, or publish or disseminate illegal, infringing, false, or other harmful information.
2. You are prohibited from stealing others' account information, maliciously placing orders, brushing orders, giving malicious reviews, or engaging in other behaviors that damage the rights and interests of the Platform and other users.
3. You shall not use the Platform's intellectual property rights such as trademarks, logos, and technologies without authorization, nor shall you conduct reverse engineering, cracking, or other operations on the Platform.

VII. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All intellectual property rights of the content on the Platform (including website design, text, pictures, logos, software, etc.) belong to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or dissemination is prohibited.
2. You retain the intellectual property rights to the content you upload (such as reviews, product photos, etc.), but you grant us a free, non-exclusive right to use, including display, dissemination, and modification.

VIII. Disclaimer

1. We shall not be liable for any failure to provide services normally due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, policy changes, etc.).
2. In the event of service interruption or delay caused by technical issues such as network failures or system maintenance, we will make every effort to restore the service in a timely manner but shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred thereby.
3. Information such as product brands and parameters is provided by suppliers, and we shall not be jointly and severally liable for its accuracy or completeness.

IX. Modification of Terms and Notifications

1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms in accordance with changes in laws and regulations and the needs of platform operations. The modified Terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform's services after the posting shall be deemed acceptance of the modifications.
2. We will send notifications to you through platform announcements, in-site messages, emails, etc., and you shall pay timely attention to relevant information.

X. Dispute Resolution

1. The interpretation of these Terms and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by South Korean law.
2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court of South Korea for litigation.

XI. Other Provisions

1. These Terms shall take effect on the date you first use the Platform's services.
2. If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts.
